Disability Discrimination Act Compliance

No public service must discriminate against the disable, we are all aware of this and many have taken steps to ensure that this is the case.

However WECC can assist you if you are not sure.

Access to the countryside is covered by the 2005 Act which states that service providers must ensure that they have undertaken ‘reasonable adjustments’ in all that they do to ensure that those effected by a disability still have access to the natural environment.

WECC is able to advise you on all aspects of disabled access provision, ensuring that you meet with the DDA requirements and are compliant with BS 5709:2006
